Begin your day with a thoughtfully designed class to help you transition from sleep to wakefulness with grace and intention, working with your natural rise in energy. Through a carefully sequenced series of openings and dynamic movements synchronized with breath, these classes support healthy cortisol rhythm. You’ll awaken every muscle, joint and physiological system in your body.

Each session begins with purposeful openings and breath awareness to center your mind and prepare your body. We then move through a dynamic sequence of various postures that builds vitality in your body while maintaining fluidity and mindfulness. The practice concludes with closing postures to neutralize the body so you approach your day with clarity and purpose.

The start of each class involves a seated practice that moves you from doing into being. We shift from external activity to internal attention. A process of experiencing, sensing and being fully present.

Deliberate sequencing that uses energy efficiently, supports healthy stress responses and establishes the conditions for the final phase of practice to truly integrate and restore.

With over two decades of personal practice and teaching experience, Deanna brings depth, clarity and vitality to each class. In addition to teaching regular classes, she leads retreats and workshops that invite students to explore yoga as a powerful tool for long-term health and well-being.
